If the product is damaged in any way, you can process a replace.
In order to be eligible for a replace, you have to contact the Oceanfit within 3 working days when you received the product. Please send the email to info@oceanfitnz.com with photo of the damaged product to report the replace.
After we receive your email, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replace.
